She has led transformative workshops for over a decade that help each of us identify the places within us that prevent our full, vital expression.

What might it feel like to live a life your body loves?

We are born to be bodywise—able to listen to the messages of our body, both simple and deeply intuitive, to navigate our health and our life.  Are you tired? In pain?  Sometimes anxious or depressed?  Struggling with low libido? Or suffering from allergies, auto immune disease or other medical diagnoses?  Or just curious how you can live the vital, deeply connected life that you deserve?  We will learn the tools to be bodywise, to sense what our unique needs are for food, sleep, movement, love and purpose, through active exercises, interactive group support and self-exploration.  Doctor Rachel will support you to discover what your individual health and wellness challenges are, and how you can access your body wisdom to navigate your life in the direction of vitality, joy and contribution.  This workshop is open to people of all ages and life stages.

Dr. Rachel Carlton Abrams presents an integrative approach that balances conventional medicine, wellness practices, and your own intuition to heal your body physically and emotionally.

Exploring the causes of today’s most chronic health issues, this course will teach you to understand the natural wisdom of your body and how to cultivate body intelligence in the five fundamentals of health: eating, sleeping, moving, loving, and finding purpose.
