Belly Breathing Exercise

Module 2.4



Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

  1. Put your hand on your belly and breathe deeply into your abdomen, feeling it push out your hand. Inhale through your nose for a count of 5.

  2. Pause for a count of 2.

  3. Exhale slowly through your mouth to a count of 7, allowing tension to release.

  4. Repeat at least 5 times, or until you feel relaxed.
